These terms establish the legal relationship between you and Canadagooen regarding all purchases, covering order fulfillment, payment, shipping, returns, and refunds. 1. Order Placement & Acceptance

When you submit an order on the Website, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected Products at the displayed price. 4. Returns Policy

You may return any unused, unworn Product for a full refund within 60 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
