We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international freight forwarders. All orders must be shipped to a physical residential or commercial address where someone can receive and inspect the package (especially important for winter gear, which may be affected by exposure to snow or rain during delivery). If you provide an invalid or restricted address, your order may be delayed or canceled, and we will notify you via email to resolve the issue.

2. Order Processing Time

Before your order ships, we need to process and prepare it for transit—with extra care to ensure winter gear (like insulated jackets or waterproof footwear) is packaged to resist damage from cold or moisture. Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays and Canadian winter holidays like Boxing Day).
